How do I know whether I unlocked an reward?
During official live streams a Twitch Drop notification should show up when you meet all conditions.
You will receive an email for each reward that you unlock. This will be sent to your SQUARE ENIX Members email address.
You can also use this page to check out your unlocks. As long as you are logged in, you will be able to see your specific rewards.
How long does it take to receive my reward in-game?
Some rewards may instantly show up in-game when you unlock them.
In some cases, you will have to restart the game before it recognises a new reward.
Some Twitch Drops rewards may unlock after the stream has finished, or you stopped viewing. There may a delay between completing the live stream and the reward unlocking.
Some rewards are for games that have not yet been released. These rewards will be available upon the release of the game, or shortly thereafter.
